Since 1994 Castle Glen Liqueurs have been manufactured using the Traditional English Method of fermentation, using raw natural ingredients and are not distilled. Our liqueurs are not vodka with flavour or essences. Real fruit, real nuts, real Belgian dark chocolate, real white chocolate, real liquorice root, real musk thistle, are just some of the real ingredients we use in our fabulous liqueurs. The result, mouth-watering, delectable liqueurs that taste of the real natural ingredients they are made from.
