TAMBORINE MOUNTAIN HAS DONE IT AGAIN!!

Despite wet weather conditions throughout the entire Festival Weekend 19 to 21 June 2009 the  SCARECROW FESTIVAL was a great success – enjoyed by everyone – well, may be not by a few soaked scarecrows….

New date for 2010 – Fri 25th to Sun 27th of June!

The second  Scarecrow Festival on Tamborine Mountain held in  June 2009 was again a huge success.  Close to 200 scarecrows lined the 16 km circular trail and added some extra sparkle to beautiful Tamborine Mountain.  The festival was again designed to provide lots of fun for young and old, allow Buskers and Art Folk to be creative, offer involvement of the whole community and for everyone to enjoy a chuckle at each others efforts in Scarecrow building.  Mt Tamborine’s scarecrows were again of an amazingly high standard, so get ready for an even better display next year!

‘Registration’ & ‘Count the Scarecrow’ 2010 entry forms will be available from various locations all over Tamborine Mountain.
